Why Hasn’t My Deposit Been Credited?
Transferring funds from an external platform to Midas involves three steps:
- Withdrawal from the external platform
First, make sure that your funds have been sent successfully. An asset withdrawal marked as “completed” or “success” in the platform you're withdrawing your crypto from means that the transaction was successfully withdrawn.
- Blockchain network confirmation
Make sure that your transaction was successfully broadcast to the blockchain network. However, it might still take some time for that particular transaction to be fully confirmed and credited to the Midas platform. Due to possible network congestion, there might be a significant delay in processing your transaction. You may use the TxID (Transaction ID) to look up the status of the transfer of your assets by using a blockchain explorer. If the transaction has not yet been fully confirmed by the blockchain network nodes, please wait patiently for it to be processed.
- Midas credits the funds to your account
If the transaction is confirmed by the blockchain but not credited to your Midas account, you may submit an enquiry for the issue to Midas Customer support team.
Common reasons why deposits do not arrive on time:
- Deposit made to unsupported token network.
The most common reason for not receiving a deposit is the wrong network used. Open your deposit window to check again which network should have been used for deposit. Every coin/token has a different network. Midas.Investments only support transferring on the network which is indicated in the deposit window. Transferring other assets from other networks to this asset address will result in loss of funds.
If you did make a deposit on the wrong network, you may submit an enquiry for the issue to Midas Customer support team but we cannot guarantee a refund.
