What to do if I failed verification?
Why didn't I get verified?
Don't worry if your application get a rejection, it may have been some kind of oversight in the automatic verification system. It could also be a small inaccuracy in the documents, there can be many reasons, here are some frequent examples:
- Insufficient photo quality
- The corners of the document are not visible
What should I do next?
If you have uploaded incorrect documents five times, or your application is rejected during the verification process then you should contact Midas support team for manual review.
To guarantee successful verification, most likely the support operator will ask you to make sure that photos of your docs meet the following requirements as very often it is just a small thing that results in a rejection.
What happens next with my application?
The operator will then create a ticket for you to have your application manually reviewed by our specialists. Once the operator has created a ticket you will get the ID of your request to your email address and then when the request is processed you will also be replied to your email address.
How long will the manual review take?
The manual review of an application will usually take 1-2 days, but in some cases it can take up to 7 days.
